“Boss, dafont! dafont!” If you’re a typography and font maven you have to visit dafont.com. Maybe I’m a little behind, but I found this site last night and spent a good chunk of time perusing the pages. Like unique, custom, freeform, and grunge fonts? Dafont.com is indeed a stopping point for you. Many of the fonts are free for Mac OSX and PC download.
Another typography and font site, run by a friend of mine, that’s definitely worth visiting is Synfonts.com. Here you can purchase individual custom fonts or collections for a reasonable price.
Check out both of these sites today. Next thing you know you’ll have a truckload of new typefaces to play with and use for upcoming projects. The other thing you’ll notice is, “Where did the time go?”
