I think that the way society is set up that many feel they are left without the choice and they have to do something and getting it right, in the beginning, is a hit and miss for most - so as you pointed out they tend to stay stuck in it.

Again, totally agree with the idea of going for your passion. :)

		<description><![CDATA[You are so right in helping people recognizing the difference between these three terms which are so different, but are often used synonymously.  The thing is, our culture sets us up to become educated in skills that help us get a job and a career.  Far less time is spent helping us to identify, understand, and become prepared for our vocation.  Wouldn&#039;t it make more sense for us to get the first two basic years of college out of the way and then work several jobs to give us exposure and life experience before trying to choose a career?  Having to decide our life path at 21 is insane!]]></description>
