“Perhaps the most valuable result of all education is the ability to make yourself do the thing you have to do, when it ought to be done, whether you like it or not…. The great end of life is not knowledge but action”
- Thomas Huxley

WeirdGuy covers: common sense leadership/management, innovative developments in training, creativity, out-of-the-box ideas and business solutions, fun in learning and at work, tips and how-to’s, social media and community building, and personal change. My desire is to present information that inspires readers to apply what they learn — and to have fun while doing so.

Call me optimistic, or as some, call me weird, but I believe that these areas, working together, have untapped potential for impacting the future.

What is the name of the bible study that you mention by Dr Gary Smalley and Dr John Trent that talks about the 4 different personality types? (lion, otter, golden retriever. .) We did this years ago and loved it, but can’t find the name of it.

    Thanks!!

@Diane – There are a couple books I am familiar with:
    - The Treasure Tree (children’s book that talks about the personality types)
    - Leading From Your Strengths
You can find these on either Amazon or Alibris
