“What about…?” Ideation, pondering and musing

I think about and experiment with various trends and ideas and do selective contract/consulting work to keep my skills sharp. Typically, the work I do revolves around user-centric solutions that are fun, informative, and creative.

Spotlight English: Wires (coming soon)
Spotlight English Clubs website for ESL students. The site is extremely busy and needs to be simplified. I interviewed the stakeholders, analyzed user data and survey feedback and created wire-frames based on heuristic evaluation, keyword analysis and SEO studies.

– Created training material for a course on Diversity Awareness (partnered with TiER 1 Performance Solutions)

CDC Software
– Coached speakers and reviewed their materials and activities for a North American training conference
