Responsive Designs

I conducted the rockin’ UX research, IA, prototyping, and usability tests  for these projects.

The business goal for this video site and news site was to remove all obstacles that prevented the user from directly engaging with the content, no matter what device they were using. The key was user research and analysis of the web analytics for determining the best architecture for each device. I did keyword research based on the content types to find the best organic search labels. I then gave direction to the design and programming teams. I later did the quality assurance testing of this product. After deployment, I conducted a follow up usability study that provided ongoing insights to optimize and grow the digital brand.
