Training DVD

Which came first, the chicken or the DVD?

Chick-fil-A University was the client and needed an in-house training tool for new owner/operators. I oversaw this entire project from talent acquisition to project management, from scripting and directing to video and post-production, creative direction to UI design, DVD programming to QA testing and final duplication. The project was delivered ahead of time and under budget. Chick-fil-A said this project would have typically taken 9 months to a year to complete and I delivered in less than 3 months during the winter holidays.
